Sales and Administration Associate

As a Sales and Administration Associate, your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities designed to drive sales and streamline administrative processes. This job is primarily remote with exceptions for events, shoots, team meetings, etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Grow sales through prospecting, lead management, and relationship development.

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, calls, and digital messages.

- Ensure a clear understanding of our offerings through a simple, consultative approach for both current and potential clients.

- Efficiently manage and log customer-business communications.

- Assist the creative team with graphic design and multimedia content tasks using user-friendly tools like Canva and video editing.

- Support onsite for promotional activities, including content creation shoots and events.

- Create and maintain a user-friendly content calendar for all social media platforms.

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in an engaging manner.

- Manage relationships and deliverables from vendors, partners, and clients.

- Generate and present straightforward reports on key metrics for review.

- Create and send invoices to clients, track payments, and maintain accurate billing records.

- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintain client profiles.

- Assist in the setup and monitoring of uncomplicated social media advertising campaigns.

- Record and distribute meeting minutes for internal and client meetings and ensure straightforward documentation of action items for follow-up.

- Assist the team on the backend of projects, websites, and social media platforms for clients, promotions, and related activities.

Qualifications:

 

- CXC Subjects or Diploma 4.

- Experience in sales and administrative roles.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and advertising.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and collaboration tools.

- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva and proficiency in video editing software.

-Must have a valid Driver’s Permit and a reliable vehicle
